摘要
昆虫能量的合成、储存、释放、消耗处于动态平衡中,这种动态平衡是由脂动激素/脂动激素受体调控的。本文概述了脂动激素的发现与结构特征,脂动激素受体的克隆、结构与信号转导通路,以及脂动激素/脂动激素受体对代谢、生殖、逆境生理、免疫力、化学农药毒力的调控作用。
The synthesis,storage,release and consumption of insect energy are in a dynamic equilibrium,which is regulated by the adipokinetic hormone(AKH)and adipokinetic hormone receptor(AKHR).In this paper,we summarized the discovery and structural characteristics of the adipokine,the cloning,structure and signal transduction pathway of the adipokine receptor,and the regulatory effects of the AKH/AKHR on metabolism,reproduction,stress physiology,immunity and chemical pesticide toxicity.
