黄淮地区小麦品系(种)HMW-GS组成和品质分析 被引量:2

High-Molecular-Weight Glutenin Subunits(HMW-GS)Composition and Quality Analysis of Wheat Varieties in Huang-Huai Area

摘要 为了解近几年黄淮地区小麦品系(种)品质,选取了21个近几年参加黄淮地区小麦区试品系(种)进行高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基(HMW-GS)组成分析。结果表明,21个参加小麦区试的品种中共检测出8种HMW-GS,其中,Glu-A1位点上有2种亚基类型,亚基1占52.38%,亚基Null占47.62%;Glu-B1位点出现4种亚基类型,以亚基7+9(57.14%)为主;Glu-D1位点出现2种亚基类型,即亚基5+10(57.14%)和亚基2+12(42.86%)。品质性状分析结果表明,21个小麦品系(种)的蛋白质含量介于12.05%~16.62%,湿面筋含量介于27.84%~38.86%,沉淀值介于20.84~43.87 m L。 To understand the quality of wheat regional test lines(species)in Huang-Huai area in recent years,21 wheat lines(species)in Huang-Huai area were selected to analyze the composition of HMW-GS.The results showed that 8 kinds of HMW-GS were detected in the 21 wheat varieties participating in the regional test.There were two subunits in Glu-A1 locus,subunit 1 accounted for 52.38%,subunits Null accounted for 47.62%.There were 4 subunit types in Glu-B1 locus,subunit 7+9(57.14%)was the major subunit.There were 2 subunit types in Glu-D1 locus,subunits 5+10(57.14%)and subunits 2+12(42.86%).The results of quality traits analysis showed that in 21 wheat lines,protein content was 12.05%-16.62%,wet gluten content was 27.84%-38.86%,sedimentation values was 20.84-43.87 m L.
