梨木屑栽培平菇试验

Cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus with Pear Sawdust

为降低平菇生产成本和利用农业废弃物梨木枝条,以梨木屑代替棉籽壳栽培平菇915筛选稳产、优质的平菇栽培料配方,探讨梨木屑代替棉籽壳栽培料的可行性。结果表明,配方4(梨木屑48%、棉籽壳30%、麸皮20%、蔗糖1%、石膏1%)与配方5(梨木屑38%、棉籽壳40%、麸皮20%、蔗糖1%、石膏1%)菌丝生长速度快、满袋时间短、菌丝生长特性优,且产量与全棉籽壳配方相比差异未达显著水平,为梨木屑的最适添加比例。

To reduce the production cost of Pleurotus ostreatus and use agricultural waste pear wood branches,pear sawdust was used to cultivate Pleurotus ostreatus 915 instead of cottonseed husks.The results showed that formula 4(pear sawdust 48%,cotton seed hull 30%,bran 20%,sucrose 1%,gypsum 1%)and formula 5(pear sawdust 38%,cotton seed hull 40%,bran 20%,sucrose 1%,gypsum1%)had faster mycelial growth rate,shorter bag filling time,and better mycelial growth characteristics,and the yield was not significant compared with the cotton seed hull formula,which was the most suitable addition ratio for pear sawdust.
