摘要
以新型牧草类型牧草大豆(FS)为原料,添加富含水溶性碳水化合物的玉米粉(CF),以4种添加比例在室温条件下青贮,研究牧草大豆的青贮品质。结果表明,100%FS青贮饲料感官评分为中等,92%FS+8%CF、88%FS+12%CF青贮饲料为优级,96%FS+4%CF青贮饲料为良好;随着添加玉米粉比例的增加,青贮饲料的干物质逐渐增加,中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维的含量逐渐降低,92%FS+8%CF和88%FS+12%CF青贮饲料的中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维的含量极显著低于对照,青贮品质大幅提高。添加玉米粉是提高牧草大豆青贮饲料品质的一种有效途径,其中,添加8%玉米粉进行青贮制作较为适宜。
At room temperature,forage soybean was silaged and fermented with corn flour in four proportions,and the silage quality of forage soybean was analyzed and studied.The results showed that the sensory score of 100%FS silage was intermediate,92%FS+8%CF and 88%FS+12%CF silage was excellent,and 96%FS+4%CF silage was good.With the increase of corn flour ratio,the dry matter of silage increased gradually,and the contents of neutral washing fiber and acid washing fiber decreased gradually.The contents of neutral washing fiber and acid washing fiber of silage treated with 92%FS+8%CF and 88%FS+12%CF were significantly lower than those of control,and the silage quality was greatly improved.Adding corn flour to silage is an effective way to improve the silage quality of forage soybean,and 8%corn flour is more suitable for silage.
