三维辨证脉法在月经病临床实践教学中的应用

The Application of Three-dimensional Syndrome Differentiation Pulse Method in Clinical Practice Teaching of Menstrual Disease

为了提高学生脉诊临床技能水平和培养学生的中医妇科月经病辨证思维能力,从临床实践经验出发,探索脉诊教学的发展方向。提出三维辨证脉法,结合中医妇科月经病辨证论治的特点,切实提高学生脉诊技能和中医妇科月经病辨证思维,是学生从理论学习到临床实践的有效途径。

In order to improve the clinical skills of students’pulse diagnosis and cultivate students’TCM gynecological menstrual disease syndrome differentiation ability,from the clinical practice experience,we explored the development direction of pulse diagnosis teaching,putt forward the three-dimensional syndrome differentiation method,combined with the characteristics of TCM gynecological menstrual syndrome differentiation and treatment,which effectively improve students’pulse diagnosis skills and TCM gynecological menstrual disease syndrome differentiation,is an effective way for students to learn from theory to clinical practice.
