摘要
目的观察综合式教学方法在诊断学教学中的应用效果。方法随机选择2016级全日制本科生针灸推拿学专业197人,分成2组,实验组102人,对照组95人。实验组症状学部分采用CBL结合情景模拟教学方法进行教学,检体诊断部分采用翻转课堂教学法进行教学,对照组全部采用讲授法,通过实践技能考核成绩及问卷调查进行教学效果评估。结果实验组学生在实践技能考核成绩分布及教学方法满意度方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合式教学方法可明显提高诊断学的教学效果,优于传统讲授法教学模式。
Objective To observe the application effect of comprehensive teaching method in diagnosis teaching.Methods 197 full-time undergraduates of grade 2016 majoring in acupuncture and massage were randomly selected and divided into two groups,with 102 in the experimental group and 95 in the control group.The symptomatic part of the experimental group was taught by CBL combined with situational simulation teaching method,the physical examination and diagnosis part was taught by flipped classroom teaching method,and the control group was all taught by teaching method.Results The experimental group was better than the control group in the distribution of practical skills and teaching method satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive teaching method can significantly improve the teaching effect of diagnostics,which is superior to the traditional teaching mode.
