归芪合剂合髓芯减压术治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的临床研究

Clinical Study on Guiqi Mixture and Femoral Head Decompression in the Treatment of Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head

目的探明归芪合剂联合髓芯减压术对股骨头缺血性坏死的治疗意义和临床应用价值。方法将2017年1月—2019年4月病患进行筛选,选出符合纳入标准的病患200例,并按照随机数字表法将之分为研究组和对照组,分别给予归芪合剂联合髓芯减压术治疗、髓芯减压术治疗。观察指标主要有:治疗效果、治疗前后的Harris评分和生活质量评分,并将2组指标结果进行统计学分析对比。结果统计指标结果发现,治疗前,所有指标结果差异均无统计学意义,P>0.05;治疗后,研究组的治疗优良率显著高于对照组,P<0.05,有统计学意义;治疗后,2组Harris评分和生活质量评分均有显著提高,但研究组的上升程度显著高于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论归芪合剂联合髓芯减压术治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的治疗效果佳,可帮助病患早日康复,值得在临床推广。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic value of Guiqi mixture combined with medullary decompression for avascular necrosis of the femoral head.Methods A total of 200 patients in our hospital were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.They were treated with Guiqi mixture combined with core decompression and core decompression.The differences in Linchuan related indicators were observed.Results Before treatment,there was no difference in all indexes(P>0.05).After treatment,the treatment rate,Harris score and quality of life score of the study group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),and the difference had statistically significant.Conclusion Guiqi mixture combined with medullary decompression for the treatment of avascular necrosis of the femoral head is effective and can help patients recover soon.
