保元汤合桂枝茯苓丸治疗冠状动脉慢血流临床观察

Clinical Observation on Baoyuan Decoction and Guizhi Fuling Pill in the Treatment of Coronary Slow Blood Flow

目的观察保元汤合桂枝茯苓丸加减治疗气虚血瘀兼夹痰浊型冠状动脉慢血流微血管性心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选取住院患者50例,采用随机数字表法分为2组,每组25例。对照组脱落2例,完成23例;治疗组25例。2组患者均给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在常规西药治疗基础上加用保元汤合桂枝茯苓丸加减治疗。观察2组患者治疗前后的中医症状积分、血清TNF-α及IL-6水平。结果治疗后2组患者中医症状积分得到明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组在中医症状积分方面改善更明显(P<0.05)。治疗后患者血清TNF-α及IL-6水平均有明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组下降程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用保元汤合桂枝茯苓丸加减治疗气虚血瘀兼夹痰浊型冠状动脉慢血流微血管性心绞痛疗效确切,其作用机制可能与抑制炎性反应有关。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Baoyuan decoction and Guizhi Fuling pill in treating coronary slow blood flow angina pectoris with symptom of qi deficiency,blood stasis and phlegm turbidity.Methods 50 inpatients were selected and divided into two groups with random number table method,with 25 cases in each group,2 cases lost,23 cases completed in the control group,25 cases completed in the treatment group.Both two groups received the same western medicine basic treatment,while the treatment group was also treated with Baoyuan decoction and Guizhi Fuling pill.The scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,serum levels of TNF-alpha and IL-6 were measured before and after treatment in both groups.Results After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups were significantly improved.In the treatment group,the improvement of TCM symptom score was more obvious than that in the control group.The serum levels of TNF-alpha and IL-6 decreased significantly in both groups after treatment,and the improvement in the treatment group was markly superior to that in the control group.Conclusion Baoyuan decoction and Guizhi Fuling pill are effective in treating coronary slow blood flow angina pectoris with symptom of qi deficiency,blood stasis and phlegm turbidity,the mechanism by which may be related to the inhibition of inflammatory reaction.
