苍附导痰丸合并中药调周法治疗多囊卵巢综合征临床观察

Clinical Observation on Cangfu Daotan Pill Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Cycle Adjustment Method in the Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的分析苍附导痰丸加减合并中药调周法在多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)治疗中的价值。方法将收治的71例PCOS患者分成对照组、试验组,分别实施常规西医治疗、苍附导痰丸加减合并中药调周法治疗。结果试验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组治疗后性激素指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论苍附导痰丸加减合并中药调周法用于PCOS治疗,效果可靠,有助于促使患者恢复正常生活。

Objective To analyze the value of modified Cangfu Daotan pill combined with traditional Chinese medicine cycle adjustment method in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods 71 cases of PCOS patients in our hospital were divided into conventional group and combined group,conventional western medicine treatment,Cangfu Daotan pill combined with traditional Chinese medicine cycle adjustment method were performed respectively.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05),the sex hormone index of the combined group was better than that of the conventional group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified Cangfu Daotan pill combined with traditional Chinese medicine cycle adjustment method in the treatment of PCOS has reliable effect and helps to promote patients to return to normal life.
