自制中药封包降低下肢骨折患者术后尿潴留发生的作用

The Effect of Self-made Chinese Herbal Medicine Encapsulation on Reducing Postoperative Urinary Retention in Patients with Lower Limb Fracture

目的探究自制中药封包降低下肢骨折患者术后尿潴留发生的作用。方法选择2017年6月—2019年6月收治的84例下肢骨折发生尿潴留患者作为研究对象,根据患者所使用的治疗方法将其分为研究组与参照组,每组42例,研究组接受自制中药封包治疗,参照组接受按摩、局部热敷等常规治疗方法。比较2组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组患者总有效率高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(92.86%比76.19%,P<0.05);研究组患者满意度评分高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率与参照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对下肢骨折术后尿潴留患者采用自制中药封包可有效缓解尿潴留症状,患者接受度高,不良反应发生率较低,有利于促进患者预后恢复效果。

Objective To explore the effect of self-made Chinese herbal medicine encapsulation on reducing postoperative urinary retention in patients with lower limb fracture.Methods 84 cases of lower limb fracture patients with urinary retention from June 2017 to June 2019 in our hospital were selected as the study subjects.According to the treatment methods used by the patients,they were divided into study group and control group,with 42 cases in each group.Patients received self-made Chinese herbal medicine encapsulation treatment in the study group,while the control group received massage,local hot compress and other conventional treatment methods.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(92.86%vs.76.19%,P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was not statistically significant compared with that in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Self-made Chinese herbal medicine encapsulation can effectively relieve the symptoms of urinary retention in patients with lower limb fracture after surgery,with high acceptance and low incidence of adverse reactions,which is beneficial to promote the prognosis and recovery of patients.
