健脾益肾汤治疗脾肾气虚型原发性肾病综合征临床观察

Clinical Observatio on Self-made Jianpi Yishen Decoction in the Treatment of Primary Nephrotic Syndrome of Spleen and Kidney Qi Deficiency Type

目的探讨自拟健脾益肾汤治疗脾肾气虚型原发性肾病综合征的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月—2018年12月在大连市老年病医院就诊的80例中医辨证分型为脾肾气虚型原发性肾病综合征患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例采取常规治疗,试验组40例在对照组的基础上使用自拟健脾益肾汤进行治疗,比较2组患者的临床有效率。结果试验组有效率为92.5%,对照组有效率为80.0%,试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脾肾气虚型原发性肾病综合征患者采取自拟健脾益肾汤进行治疗,可以有效地提高患者的临床有效率,值得在临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of self-made Jianpi Yishen decoction in treating primary nephrotic syndrome of spleen-kidney qi deficiency type.Methods 80 patients with primary nephrotic syndrome of spleen-kidney qi deficiency type were randomly divided into control group(40 cases)and experimental group(40 cases).40 patients in the control group received conventional treatment,and 40 patients in the experimental group received self-made Jianpi Yishen decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effective rate of the 2 groups was compared.Results The effective rate of the experimental group was 92.5%,and that of the control group was 80.0%.The experimental group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-made Jianpi Yishen decoction in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome of spleen and kidney qi deficiency type is worthy of clinical promotion.
