中医综合康复治疗膝关节僵硬27例

Comprehensive Rehabilitation of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Knee Stiffness for 27 Cases

目的探讨给予膝关节僵硬患者采用中医综合康复治疗的临床效果。方法选取2017年5月—2019年5月收治的54例膝关节僵硬患者为研究对象,使用随机数字表法将其分为参照组(27例)和综合组(27例)。参照组采用中医常规康复治疗,综合组采用中医综合康复治疗。采用膝关节功能(KSS)评分表和Barthel量表分别对2组患者治疗前后膝关节功能和日常生活能力(ADL)进行评估,并对2组患者治疗前后的临床指标(肌力、屈曲角度、活动范围、伸直角度)进行观察和比较。结果治疗前2组患者的KSS与ADL评分对比差异较小(P>0.05);治疗后综合组KSS与ADL评分明显高于参照组,同时肌力、屈曲角度、活动范围、伸直角度等各项临床指标均优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论给予膝关节僵硬患者采用中医综合康复治疗的临床效果显著,有效缓解了患者的关节僵硬,改善其膝关节功能,提高其日常生活能力和生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of TCM comprehensive rehabilitation treatment for patients with knee stiffness.Methods A total of 54 patients with knee stiffness admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected as research objects.They were divided into the control group(27 cases)and the comprehensive group(27 cases)by random number table method.Knee function(KSS)rating scale and Barthel scale were used to evaluate knee function and daily living ability(ADL)of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,and the clinical indicators(muscle strength,Angle of flexion,range of motion,and Angle of extension)of the two groups of patients before and after treatment was observed and compared.Results There was little difference between KSS and ADL scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,KSS and ADL scores in the comprehensive group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and various clinical indicators such as muscle strength,flexion Angle,range of activity and straightening Angle were all better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive rehabilitation therapy of traditional Chinese medicine has a significant clinical effect on the patients with knee stiffness,which can effectively relieve the joint stiffness,improve the knee joint function,and improve their daily living ability and quality of life.
