复方大承气汤联合中医护理在阑尾炎术后肠功能恢复中的应用

The Application of Compound Dachengqi Decoction Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing in the Recovery of Intestinal Function after Appendicitis Operation

目的探究复方大承气汤联合中医护理在阑尾炎术后患者肠功能恢复效果中的应用。方法选择2018年7月—2019年3月收治的50例阑尾炎患者作为研究对象。按照随机分配将其分为对照组和治疗组,对照组25例患者运用常规护理,治疗组25例患者在中药联合中医护理,对比2组患者的住院时间和肛门排气时间,以及护理满意度和伤口愈合情况。结果治疗组的住院时间为(3.15±1.26)d,肛门排气时间为(18.35±4.89)h,对照组的住院时间为(9.24±1.12)d,肛门排气时间为(25.23±6.81)h,治疗组的住院时间和肛门排气时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组的护理满意率为100%,对照组的护理满意率为80%,治疗组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.5);治疗组的伤口愈合率为92%,对照组的伤口愈合率为68%,治疗组伤口愈合情况好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方大承气汤联合中医护理在阑尾炎术后患者肠功能恢复效果中具有较高的应用价值,值得临床护理推广和使用。

Objective To explore the application of compound Dachengqi decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing in the recovery of intestinal function of patients after appendicitis operation.Methods 50 patients with appendicitis admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the study subjects.According to random distribution,they were divided into control group and treatment group.25 patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while 25 patients in the treatment group were given compound Dachengqi decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing.The hospitalization time,anal exhaust time,nursing satisfaction and wound healing were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time of the treatment group was(3.15±1.26)days,the anal exhaust time was(18.35±4.89)hours,the hospitalization time of the control group was(9.24±1.12)days,and the anal exhaust time was(25.23±6.81)hours.The hospitalization time and the anal exhaust time of the treatment group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the treatment group was 100%.The nursing satisfaction rate of the control group was 80%,and that of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.5).The wound healing rate of the treatment group was 92%,and that of the control group was 68%,and that of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing has high application value in the recovery of intestinal function of patients after appendicitis operation,and it is worth popularizing and using in clinical nursing。
