中药胸痹汤1号联合中医辨证护理干预冠心病心绞痛58例

Xiongbi Decoction No.1 Combined with Syndrome Differentiation Nursing in the Intervention of Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease for 58 Cases

目的探讨中药胸痹汤1号联合中医辨证护理干预冠心病心绞痛116例患者的临床效果。方法将2018年3月—2019年3月治疗的116例冠心病心绞痛患者作为研究对象,分为2组(观察组和对照组),对对照组仅采用常规治疗和常规护理方案;对观察组在对照组基础上增加中医护理措施。观察2组患者术后临床效果,观察并统计2组患者经过不同护理后的心绞痛发作次数及持续时间、硝酸甘油使用量、心电图ST段下降情况,并评价患者治疗后的总有效率。结果干预后,观察组患者的临床疗效明显优于对照组患者,观察组患者经过护理后患者的心绞痛发作次数及持续时间、硝化甘油使用量、心电图ST段下降情况均较对照组较少,总有效率明显高于对照组。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中药胸痹汤1号联合中医辨证护理干预冠心病心绞痛有良好的效果,明显提高机体功能,减少患者心绞痛的发作次数和持续时间,提高患者生活质量,减轻患者的痛苦,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xiongbi decoction No.1 combined with syndrome differentiation nursing in the intervention of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods 116 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris who were treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were divided into two groups(observation group and control group).Only the conventional treatment and routine nursing program were used in the control group.The observation group was added with Chinese medicine nursing measures on the basis of the control group.The postoperative clinical effects of the two groups were observed.The number and duration of angina pectoris,the amount of nitroglycerin used,and the ST segment of ECG were observed and counted in the two groups,and the total effective rate after treatment was evaluated.Results After intervention,the clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.The number and duration of angina pectoris,the amount of nitroglycerin used,and the ST segment of the ECG were lower in the observation group than in the control group.The effectiveness was significantly higher than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of traditional Chinese medicine Xiongbi decoction No.1 combined with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation has a good effect on the intervention of coronary heart disease angina pectoris,significantly improve the body function,reduce the number and duration of angina pectoris,improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the pain of patients.It is worthy of clinical Promote use.
