中医护理干预对乳腺癌患者化疗不良反应及生活质量的影响

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Intervention on Adverse Drug Reaction and Quality of Life in Patients with Breast Cancer

目的探讨中医护理干预在乳腺癌患者化疗患者中的应用效果。方法选择2016年2月—2019年2月治疗的乳腺癌化疗患者92例,按随机数字表法分为2组,每组各46例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组予以中医干预护理,对比2组不良反应发生率、生活质量及心理状况。结果观察组干预后不良反应发生率为8.70%,低于对照组的30.43%;观察组干预后躯体疼痛、精神疼痛、情感职能、社会功能评分分别为(76.35±8.24)分、(75.59±8.31)分、(72.51±7.68)分、(72.37±6.88)分,均高于对照组(65.23±7.63)分、(70.36±7.93)分、(65.52±7.15)分、(62.39±7.29)分;观察组干预后焦虑、抑郁评分分别为(39.48±7.13)分、(40.67±7.24)分,均低于对照组(48.36±8.31)分、(49.31±6.48)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医护理干预能够有效减少乳腺癌患者化疗不良反应的发生,缓解负性情绪,提升生活质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention in chemotherapy patients with breast cancer.Methods A total of 92 patients with breast cancer chemotherapy who were treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2019 were enrolled.The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table,with 46 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with TCM intervention.The incidence,adverse quality of life and psychological status of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.70%,which was lower than that in the control group(30.43%).The physical pain,mental pain,emotional function and social function scores of the observation group were(76.35±8.24)points,respectively(75.59±8.31),(72.51±7.68)and(72.37±6.88),respectively,higher than the control group(65.23±7.63),(70.36±7.93),(65.52±7.15),(62.39±7.29);The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were(39.48±7.13)and(40.67±7.24),respectively,which were lower than the control group(48.36±8.31)and(49.31±6.48).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse chemotherapy reactions in breast cancer patients,alleviate negative emotions and improve the quality of life.
