重度牙周炎采用牙周牙髓联合治疗与单纯牙周治疗的临床效果比较

Clinical effect comparison of periodontal combined pulp therapy and periodontal therapy alone in severe periodontitis

目的探讨重度牙周炎采用牙周牙髓联合治疗与单纯牙周治疗的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月~2019年1月我院收治的62例重度牙周炎患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组各31例。观察组采用牙周与牙髓联合治疗,对照组采用单纯牙周治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的牙周袋探诊深度(PPD)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、松动度(MD)、菌斑指数(PLI)及治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组患者的PPD、SBI、MD、PLI比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的PPD、SBI、MD、PLI均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的PPD、SBI、MD、PLI均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重度牙周炎患者使用牙周牙髓联合治疗的临床效果优于单纯牙周治疗,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of periodontal combined pulp therapy and periodontal therapy alone in severe periodontitis.Methods A total of 62 patients with severe periodontitis admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with periodontal combined pulp,while the control group was treated with periodontal alone.The periodontal bag probing depth(PPD),gum crevicular bleeding index(SBI),mobility(MD),plaque index(PLI)before and after treatment and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in PPD,SBI,MD and PLI between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The PPD,SBI,MD and PLI of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The PPD,SBI,MD and PLI of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of periodontal combined pulp therapy in patients with severe periodontitis is superior to that of periodontal therapy alone,and it is worthy of promotion and application.
