个体化护理在无张力疝修补术老年腹股沟疝患者围术期的应用

Application of personalized nursing in the perioperative period of elderly patients with inguinal hernia without tension hernia repair

目的探讨个体化护理在无张力疝修补术老年腹股沟疝患者围术期的应用。方法选取2017年4月~2019年8月我院治疗的73例老年腹股沟疝患者作为研究对象,患者均行无张力疝修补术治疗,以掷硬币分组法将其分为参照组(n=36,采取手术常规护理)和护理组(n=37,采取个体化护理)。比较两组的术后恢复情况、生活质量改善情况。结果护理组的下床活动时间、胃肠功能恢复及住院时间短于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组的生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组干预后的生活质量评分高于干预前,干预后,护理组的生活质量评分高于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与常规护理比较,个体化护理应用于无张力疝修补术治疗老年腹股沟疝患者的临床优势明显,可明显缩短术后恢复时间,尽早出院,改善患者生活质量,建议推广应用。

Objective To explore the application of personalized nursing in the perioperative period of elderly patients with inguinal hernia without tension hernia repair.Methods A total of 73 elderly patients with inguinal hernia who were treated in our hospital from April 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the subjects.All patients underwent tension-free hernia repair.They were divided into two groups according to the coin flip method.The reference group(n=36,patients used routine nursing care)and the nursing group(n=37,patients used individualized care).Postoperative recovery and improvement in quality of life between two groups were compared.Results The time of getting out of bed,recovery of gastrointestinal function,and length of stay in the nursing group were shorter than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the quality of life scores in the nursing group were higher than that in the reference group,the quality of life score of two groups were higher than before intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional nursing,the clinical advantages of individualized nursing applied to tension-free hernia repair in elderly patients with inguinal hernia are more obvious.It can significantly shorten the recovery time after surgery,discharge as soon as possible,and improve the quality of life of patients.It is recommended for application.
