4种植物精油对菜豆象成虫的熏蒸、触杀和驱避作用研究 被引量:2

摘要 试验测定了细辛精油、丁香精油、花椒精油及桉树精油对菜豆象成虫的熏蒸、触杀和驱避活性。结果表明:4种植物精油对菜豆象均有较好的熏蒸活性,在精油浓度为80μL/L时,细辛精油熏蒸处理8 h后校正死亡率为100%;丁香精油熏蒸处理12 h后校正死亡率为100%;花椒精油熏蒸处理24 h后校正死亡率为100%;桉树精油熏蒸处理24 h后校正死亡率为98.48%。使用1μL的4种植物精油进行点滴处理,12 h后菜豆象校正死亡率分别为100%、95.94%、58.63%、43.51%。44.60μL精油处理2 h后驱避率分别为Ⅲ级、V级、Ⅲ级、Ⅰ级。研究结果表明细辛精油和丁香精油对菜豆象有较强的毒杀和驱避活性,值得进一步深入研究,该研究结果可为菜豆象的无公害防治提供参考。 Asarum sieboldin oil,Eugenia caryophyllata oil,Zanthoxylum bungeanum oil and Eucalyptus robusta oil were evaluated for fumigation,contact effect and repellent effect against Acanthoscelides obtectus adults.The results indicated that four essential oils showed strong fumigant toxicity against A.obtectus adults,and the corrected mortality rate of fumigation was 100%,100%,100%and 98.48%with 80μL/L under treatment for 8 hours,12 hours,24 hours and 24 hours,respectively.With the dose of 1μL,the corrected mortality was 100%,95.94%,58.63%and 43.51%in 12 hours,respectively.With the dose of 44.60μL,the repellent level reachedⅢ,V,ⅢandⅠunder treatment for 2 hours,respectively.The results showed that A.sieboldii essential oil and E.caryophyllus essential oil had strong toxic and repellent activities against A.obtectus,which deserving further study.The results can provide references for the harmless control of A.obtectus.
