摘要
本文提出了一种新型的风冷热管理系统(BTMS)来提高热管理系统的冷却性能。优化结果表明,与传统Z型风冷热管理系统相比,电池组最高温度降低了2.40K(4.72%),最大温差减小了4.42K(70.89%)。本文提出的优化方式可为电动汽车的电池热管理提供一定的参考价值。
A new type of air cooling thermal management system(BTMS)is proposed to improve the cooling performance of the thermal management system.The optimization results show that the maximum temperature of the battery pack is reduced by 2.40k(4.72%)and the maximum temperature difference is reduced by 4.42k(70.89%)compared with the traditional Z-type air cooling and thermal management system.The optimization method proposed in this paper can provide certain reference value for battery thermal management of electric vehicles.
