摘要
本文首先介绍了板件声学灵敏度的概念,然后分析了轿车车身噪声控制中的声学灵敏度数学模型得出贡献系数数学模型,最后通过白车身结构噪声分析实验对其进行验证。在白车身对声源响应的测量实验中,通过力锤激励和体积声源激励两种方式,记录各点响应,通过测量获得声学灵敏度、板件强迫振动响应传递函数、板件振动辐射声压传递函数三个参数,通过分析计算,最终得出各测点的板件贡献量。
This paper introduced the conception of body panel acoustic sensitivity,then it analyzed acoustic sensitivity mathematical model in car body noise control and deduced contribution coefficient mathematical model,finally,verified it by structure noise analysis experiments of body-in-white.In measurement experiments that body-in-white response to sound source,through two methods,force hammer excitation and volume sound source excitation,record the points of the excitation responding,we got three parameters by measurements,they are acoustic sensitivity,transfer function of body panel forced oscillation response,and transfer function of body panel oscillation radiate sound pressure,at last we obtained contribution of body panel of each measurement points by analytical calculation.
