摘要
自动变速器失速试验,可以用来检查自动变速器和发动机的整体性能;通过失速试验找出失速转速,与标准值进行对比,过高或过低均要分析原因,找出故障所在。通过对故障变速器高温问题的故障分析,说明当变速器处于失速工况时,变矩器内油液被高速旋转的泵轮搅动,发动机功率全部转化为油液的热量,此时变速器散热系统无法将油液正常冷却,造成温度急剧升高,发生变速器高温问题。
The automatic transmission stall test,can be used to check the overall performance of the automatic transmission and the engine;Through the stall test to find out the stall speed,compared with the standard value,too high or too low must be analyzed to find out the fault.Through the fault analysis of the high temperature problem of the faulty transmission,it is explained that when the transmission is in stall condition,the oil in the torque converter is stirred by the high-speed rotating pump wheel,and the engine power is all converted into the heat of the oil,at this point the transmission cooling system can not be normal oil cooling,resulting in a sharp rise in temperature,transmission high temperature problems.
