摘要
现代制造业的趋势是由大规模定制、小批量、产品类型的高可变性以及自动化生产系统生命周期中不断变化的产品组合所定义的。这些趋势意味着更复杂的自动化生产系统,它支持自动化生产系统物理布局的变化,包括大量的技术更新。自动化生产系统的复杂性,包括自动化硬件和自动化软件(今后称为软件)。为此,本文对自动化生产线的智能生产系统进行了研究和分析。
The trend of modern manufacturing is defined by mass customization,small batch,high variability of product types and the ever-changing product portfolio in the life cycle of automated production system.These trends mean more complex automated production systems,which support changes in the physical layout of automated production systems,including a large number of technology updates.The complexity of automated production system,including automation hardware and automation software(hereafter referred to as software).Therefore,this paper studies and analyzes the intelligent production system of automatic production line.
