固-液厌氧折流板反应器处理番茄酱加工废水

摘要 番茄酱加工废水的特点是有机物可降解性高,去除高含量有机物的主要方法是厌氧工艺。废水中存在防腐剂会导致微生物生长受阻,因此,厌氧细菌生长缓慢需要在厌氧反应器延长固体停留时间(SRT)。本文应用折流板厌氧反应器考察了稳定COD输入情况下,各隔仓出水pH值和COD去除率的变化。研究结果表明,低有机负荷COD去除率为80.36~98.03%,高有机负荷COD去除率为98.15%,为同类食品加工废水环保治理提供了借鉴。 Tomato sauce processing wastewater has high biodegradability of organic matter.The main method to remove high content of organic matter is anaerobic process.The presence of preservatives in wastewater will hinder the growth of microorganisms.Therefore,the slow growth of anaerobic bacteria requires the extension of solid residence time(SRT)in an anaerobic reactor.The change of pH value and COD removal rate of effluent from each compartment under the condition of stable COD input was investigated by baffled anaerobic reactor.The results show that the removal rate of COD under low organic load is 80.36~98.03%,and that under high organic load is 98.15%.This paper provides a reference for environmental protection treatment of similar food processing wastewater.
