人参五味子汤加减治疗小儿哮喘缓解期的效果和不良反应评价

Effect and adverse reaction evaluation of renshen wuweizi decoction in the treatment of children asthma in remission period

目的:评价人参五味子汤加减在小儿哮喘缓解期治疗中的应用效果及不良反应。方法:本文60例哮喘缓解期患儿均为本院2017年1月-2019年12月接收,以平行对照法为基准分为两组,对照组(30例)与观察组(30例)分别施以糖皮质激素治疗与人参五味子汤加减治疗,对治疗效果、不良反应及免疫球蛋白水平进行比较。结果:在治疗总有效率和不良反应发生率方面,对照组分别是70.00%(21/30)和20.00%(6/30),观察组分别是93.00%(28/30)和3.33%(1/30),观察组均比对照组优,差异明显(χ^2=5.455、4.042;P=0.019、0.044);在IgM、IgG、IgA方面,观察组分别是(1.54±1.36)g/L、(9.65±1.02)g/L、(1.47±0.36)g/L,对照组分别是(1.73±1.32)g/L、(7.56±0.32)g/L、(1.35±0.38)g/L,观察组同对照组相比较优,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:对哮喘缓解期患儿施以人参五味子汤加减治疗,不仅可以改善免疫球蛋白水平,也可促进治疗效果,安全性高,值得临床推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect and side effects of renshen wuweizi decoction in the treatment of children asthma in remission period.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2019,60 asthmatic children in remission period were divided into two groups based on the parallel control method.The control group(30 cases)and the observation group(30 cases)were treated with glucocorticoid and ren-shen wuweizi decoction respectively.The therapeutic effect,adverse reactions and immunoglobulin levels were compared.Result:In terms of the total effective rate and the incidence of adverse reactions,the control group was 70.00%(21/30)and 20.00%(6/30),the observa-tion group was 93.00%(28/30)and 3.33%(1/30),respectively,and the observation group was superior to the control group,with signif-icant differences(χ^2=5.455 and 4.042;P=0.019 and 0.044);in terms of IgM,IgG and IgA,the observation group was(1.54±1.36)g/L,(9.65±1.02)g/L,(1.47±0.36)g/L,and the control group was(1.73±1.32)g/L,(7.56±0.32)g/L,(1.35±0.38)g/L,the difference be-tween the observation group and the control group was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of ginseng Schisandra decoction can not only improve the immunoglobulin level of children,but also promote the therapeutic effect and high safety,which is worthy of further clinical adoption and promotion.
