活血灵片在关节置换术后预防深静脉血栓形成的临床疗效

Clinical observation of Huoxue ling tablets in preventing deep vein thrombosis after joint replacement

目的:观察活血灵片在关节置换术后预防深静脉血栓形成的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年5月-2019年5月本院收治的90例关节置换术患者,按随机数表分为两组,各45例。对照组采用低分子肝素钙注射液预防2周,研究组使用活血灵片预防2周,对两组深静脉血栓发生率、预防血栓所花费用及出血风险相关事件发生情况进行比较。结果:对照组深静脉血栓率8.88%(4/45),研究组为6.66%(3/45),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组出血风险相关事件低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组关节功能评分(78.44±6.19)分比对照组高(P<0.05);研究组疼痛评分与预防血栓所花费用比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:活血灵片服用方便,抗凝效果确切,能改善关节功能,不会增加深静脉血栓及出血风险,具有较高的安全性,应用效果显著。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of Huoxue ling Tablets in preventing deep vein thrombosis after joint replacement.Methods:From May 2018 to May 2019,90 patients underwent joint replacement surgery were selected and divided into two groups ac-cording to the random number table.45 patients in the control group were treated with low-molecular-weight heparin calcium injection for 2 weeks and 45 patients in the research group.The Huoxue ling tablets were used for prevention for 2 weeks,and the incidence of deep vein thrombosis,the cost of preventing thrombosis,and the occurrence of bleeding-related events were compared between the two groups.Results:The rate of deep vein thrombosis in the control group was 8.88%(4/45),and the incidence rate in the study group was 6.66%(3/45).The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The bleeding risk-related events in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The joint function score of the study group was(78.44±6.19),which washigher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the pain score and prevention of thrombosis in the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huoxue ling tablet is convenient to take and has anticoagulant effect.It can improve the joint function of patients without in-creasing the risk of deep vein thrombosis and bleeding.It has high safety and significant application effect.
