胃肠道反应是现代肿瘤化疗引起的最常见的副反应之一。肿瘤化疗引起胃肠道反应的病因病机主要有脾气不足、湿浊内生、湿热内阻。临床多治以补益脾气、运脾化湿、清利湿热等。常用的治法有中医药口服(如香砂六君子汤、三仁汤等)、中医外治(如针灸、穴位贴敷等)、中医护理疗法及中医综合治疗等,以期改善恶性肿瘤患者的生活质量,延长生命周期,帮助顺利完成化疗周期。

Gastrointestinal symptoms are one of the most common side effects of modern tumor chemotherapy.The etiology and pathogen-esis of gastronintestinal symptoms caused by tumor chemotherapy mainly include spleen deficiency,wet turbidity endogenous,and damp heat internal resistance. Clinical multi-treatment to replenish spleen,transport spleen and dampness,clearing damp heat and other methods. Commonly used treatments include oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine,such as Xiangsha liujunzi decoction,Sanren decoction,etc.;external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,including acupuncture,acupoint application,etc.,comprehensive treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine to improve the quality of life of patients with cancer and prolong the life cycle,to help patients successfully complete the chemotherapy cycle.
