结直肠癌肿瘤内异质性研究进展

Advances in the study of intra-tumor heterogeneity in colorectal cancer

结直肠癌是异质性较高的恶性肿瘤,研究肿瘤内异质性不但可以探索肿瘤进化过程,而且对结直肠癌患者面临的耐药和复发问题也有所帮助。但临床中存在多位点取样较为困难,肿瘤内异质性量化标准不一等问题,因此针对肿瘤内异质性的判定还存在一些争议。本文对结直肠癌肿瘤内异质性与进化的关系,肿瘤内异质性的检测方法和临床应用做一综述。

Colorectal cancer is a highly heterogeneous tumor.The study of intra-tumor heterogeneity(ITH)can not only explore the evolutionary process of tumors,it can also solve the problems of resistance and recurrence caused by heterogeneity in patients with advanced colorectal cancer.However,the multi-region sampling is difficult and the quantitative indicators of ITH are not consistent,the research on ITH is still controversial.This article reviews the detection of ITH and the significance of ITH in tumor evolution and clinical applications.
