后浇RPC与预制混凝土结合面抗剪性能研究 被引量:3

Study on the shearing performance of joint surface between post-cast RPC and prefabricated concrete

摘要 为研究装配式混凝土结构中预制构件与后浇活性粉末混凝土(RPC)连接后的结合面抗剪性能,设计了5类不同结合面处理方法下的普通混凝土和RPC组成的“Z”型试件,并进行了剪切试验研究,分析了不同类型结合面的破坏形态、抗剪承载力、位移和应变的发展过程与规律。试验结果表明,采用60°单斜边的结合面具有较好的抗剪效果,抗剪承载力比键槽结合面高出约26%,采用45°双斜边结合面试件的普通混凝土侧因强度不够被压碎或被直接剪断,未充分发挥出双斜边结合面的抗剪性能。预埋钢筋有利于改善结合面抗剪破坏时的延性。 In order to study the shearing performance of the prefabricated concrete components in the assembled concrete structures connected with post-cast reactive powder concrete(RPC),five types of“Z”specimens composed of concrete and RPC with different interface treatments are designed to study the interface failure modes,shearing bearing capacity,displacement and strain as well as their propagation patterns.The experimental results show that the interface with a 60°inclined edge has good shearing performance,and the shearing capacity is about 26%higher than that of the interface with a keyway interface.The side of the ordinary concrete with 45°double bevel joint is crushed or cut directly due to the insufficient strength,which does not give full play to fully exhibit the shear performance of the double bevel joint.The embedded reinforcement can improve the ductility of the interface at a shearing failure mode.
