凝结芽孢杆菌对肉鸡生长性能、免疫器官指数和血清生化指标的影响

Effects of Bacillus coagulans on Growth Performance,Immune Organs and Serum Biochemical Indices of Broilers

为研究凝结芽孢杆菌对肉鸡生长性能、免疫器官指数和血清生化指标的影响,选取1日龄817肉鸡120只,随机分为3组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,抗生素组在基础日粮中添加50mg/kg金霉素和5mg/kg黄霉素,凝结芽孢杆菌组在基础日粮中添加300mg/kg凝结芽孢杆菌制剂,试验期49d。结果显示:(1)与对照组相比,添加凝结芽孢杆菌可显著提高49日龄肉鸡脾脏指数,血清总蛋白和球蛋白含量(P<0.05);(2)与抗生素组相比,添加凝结芽孢杆菌显著提高21日龄肉鸡胸腺指数、脾脏指数及血清球蛋白含量(P<0.05),提高49日龄肉鸡胸腺指数、脾脏指数和法氏囊指数,血清总蛋白、白蛋白和球蛋白含量(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加凝结芽孢杆菌可增强肉鸡免疫功能,提高血清中蛋白质含量,降低代谢废物含量,其效果优于饲用抗生素。

In order to study the effects of Bacillus coagulans on growth performance,immune organs and serum biochemical indices of broilers,120 one-day old 817 broilers were divided into three groups randomly,the broilers in control group were fed the basal diet,those in the antibiotic group were fed the basal diet supplemented with 50 mg/kg aureomycin and 5 mg/kg flavomycin,and those in the Bacillus coagulans group were fed the basal diet supplemented with 300 mg/kg Bacillus coagulans for 49 days.The results showed as follows:1)Compared with the control group,the supplementation of Bacillus coagulans significantly increased the index of spleen,the serum contents of total protein and globulin of 49-day-old broilers(P<0.05).2)Compared with the antibiotic group,the supplementation of Bacillus coagulans significantly increased the indices of spleen and thymus,the serum content of globulin of 21-day-old broilers(P<0.05),and significantly increased the indices of spleen,thymus and fabricius bursa,the serum contents of total protein,albumin and globulin of 49-day-old broilers(P<0.05).In conclusion,the supplementation of Bacillus coagulans can improve immune function,increase the serum protein content,and decrease the content of protein metabolites of broilers.The effects of Bacillus coagulans is better than antibiotics.
