不同杀菌剂对滁菊黑斑病病菌孢子萌发及菌丝生长的影响 被引量:1

Effect of different fungicides on spore germination and hypha growth of the pathogen of Alternaria leaf spot of Chrysanthemum morifolium‘Chuju’

摘要 为了筛选防治滁菊黑斑病的有效化学药剂,在室内对滁菊黑斑病病原分别进行抑制孢子萌发和菌丝生长试验。结果表明:异菌脲、丙环唑、氟硅唑抑制孢子萌发的EC 50<1μg/mL,效应较强,其中丙环唑EC 50最小(0.673μg/mL),效应最强;百菌清、异菌脲、多菌灵、氟硅唑抑制菌丝生长的EC 50<1μg/mL,效应较强,其中氟硅唑EC 50最小(0.046μg/mL),效应最强。异菌脲、氟硅唑两种药剂应该作为下一步田间防效试验的优先选用药剂。 In order to screen the chemicals for controlling the Alternaria leaf spot of Chrysanthemum morifolium‘Chuju’,the experiment of inhibiting spore germination and mycelial growth was carried out in the laboratory.The results showed that:The EC 50 of iprodione,propiconazole and flusilazole to inhibit spore germination was less than 1μg/mL and the EC 50 of propiconazole was the smallest(0.673μg/mL).The effect of iprodione and flusilazole was stronger and propiconazole was the strongest.The EC 50 of chlorothalonil,diflubenzuron,carbendazim and flusilazole to inhibit the growth of mycelium is less than 1μg/mL and the EC50 of flusilazole is the smallest(0.046μg/mL).The effect of chlorothalonil,diflubenzuron,carbendazim is stronger and flusilazole is strongest.Two kinds of fungicides,isocarbazide and flusilazole,should be used as the priority in the next field control experiment.
