29份小麦种质资源抗条锈病分子检测

摘要 选取29份田间表现较好的抗条锈小麦种质材料,利用连锁分子标记有效检测Yr10,Yr15,Yr26抗条锈基因的存在,为筛选优秀小麦抗条锈病品种及抗源与主载品种的合理结合提供参考。检测结果显示,29份材料中,1份材料可能含有Yr10,4份材料可能含Yr15,16份材料可能含有Yr26,剩余材料未发现含Yr10,Yr15,Yr26。含Yr10,Yr15,Yr26抗病基因的材料各占总材料的3.44%,13.79%,55.17%,其中,小黑麦,贵农19或同时含两种抗条锈病基因。 Selected 29 wheat germplasm materials with good performance in the field,and used linked molecular markers to effectively detect the presence of Yr10,Yr15 and Yr26 resistance genes,provide reference for screening excellent wheat varieties resistant to stripe rust and reasonable combinations of disease-resistant sources and main carrier varieties.The test results showed that among the 29 wheat germplasm materials,1 wheat material may contain Yr10,4 wheat materials may contain Yr15,16 materials may contain Yr26,and the remaining materials were not found to contain Yr10,Yr15,Yr26.The wheat materials containing Yr10,Yr15 and Yr26 disease resistance genes accounted for 3.44%,13.79%,and 55.17%of the total materials respectively.Among them,triticale,Guinong 19 or both contained two resistance genes for stripe rust.
