膝骨关节炎的现状及治疗方法的研究进展

Status and treatment progress of knee osteoarthritis

膝骨关节炎(KOA)是骨关节炎最常见的类型,有高发病率,高致残率的特点。随着人均寿命的延长、人口老龄化的进展,KOA不仅极大的损害了患者的生活质量,也给全球公共卫生事业带来沉重的负担。KOA的病因众多,机制复杂,目前治疗上以对症治疗、延缓疾病进展为主,晚期多行膝关节置换术。近年来多种直接干预KOA病理过程的骨关节炎慢作用药(DMOAD)备受关注。本文初步综述了KOA的流行病学特点、诊断方法和主要的治疗手段及最新的研究进展。

Knee osteoarthritis is the most common osteoarthritis, with a high incidence of disease and high disability rate.With the extension of life expectancy and aging of population, knee osteoarthritis greatly impairs the patient’s quality of life,and brings a heavy burden to global public health. Osteoarthritis of the knee has many etiologies and complicated mechanisms.Nowadays the treatment is mainly symptomatic treatment to delay the progress of the disease, and knee replacement is required at late period. In recent years, a series of newtype medicines(diseases-modifying osteoarthritis drugs, DMOAD) have attracted much attention, which modify the underlying osteoarthritis pathophysiology. The epidemiological characteristics, diagnostic methods, main treatments and the latest research progress of knee osteoarthritis were reviewed in this article.
