采空区及伴生矿物影响下急倾斜煤层经济合理剥采比修正 被引量:3

摘要 为了优化急倾斜矿床露天煤矿境界圈定方法,综合考虑采空区影响、煤层自燃及伴生矿物资源经济效益等因素,并结合目前的经济合理剥采比确定方法,确定了含伴生矿物及采空区影响的经济合理剥采比修正方法,并通过算例对比分析了传统经济合理剥采比和修正经济合理剥采比对露天开采深度确定的影响,确定考虑多因素的境界深度可以达到132 m,相较于传统方法可以增加开采深度43 m。计算结果表明:修正经济合理剥采比能够更符合这种特定矿田开采的经济特征,其所确定的露天开采深度是最佳经济开采深度。 In order to optimize the boundary delineation method of steeply inclined deposit in open-pit coal mine,comprehensively considering the effects of goaf,coal seam spontaneous combustion and associated mineral resources economic benefits,we combine with the current economic rational stripping ratio determination method,identify the economic rational stripping ratio correction method with associated minerals and goaf effects.Through the comparison of examples,the article analyzes the influence of traditional economic reasonable stripping ratio and modified economic stripping ratio on the determination of open-pit depth,determine that the boundary depth considering multiple factors can reach 132 m,which can increase the mining depth by 43 m compared with the traditional method.The results show that the revised economically reasonable stripping ratio is more in line with the economic characteristics of this particular ore mining,and the determined open-pit depth is the best economic exploitation depth.
