摘要
为了解决国家能源准能集团公司黑岱沟、哈尔乌素2露天矿区930E电动轮卡车电阻栅风机的日常快速检修工作,提出了930E电动轮卡车电阻栅风机日常检修标准工艺流程。结果表明:930E电动轮卡车电阻栅风机检修标准工艺的推出,极大的提高了930E电动轮卡车电阻栅风机的日常检修效率,进而提高了黑岱沟、哈尔乌素2露天矿区930E电动轮卡车的出动率。
In order to solve 930 E electric wheel truck resistance delete daily maintenance work in Heidaigou Open-pit Mine and Ha’erwusu Open-pit Mine,the article puts forward 930 E electric wheel truck gate fan repair technology.The results show that930 E electric wheel truck gate fan repair technology greatly increases the daily maintenance efficiency of resistance of 930 E electric wheel truck gate,and improve 930 E electric wheel truck out rate of Heidaigou Open-pit Mine and Ha’erwusu Open-pit Mine.
