摘要
为了向企业管理者提供科学、合理的补员规划决策依据,从现代定员理论出发,以定员规模、超缺员率、年龄结构、地域差异等影响补员的因素作为基本参数,通过构建1个补员分解量化模型利用Excel规划分析求解,测算企业每年的合理补员数量,形成1个可以广泛推广应用的补员分配模型工具;实现企业超缺员情况的优化,合理、均衡配置人力资源。
In order to provide scientific and reasonable decision-making basis for the replenishment planning for enterprise managers,this article starts from the modern fixed personnel theory,takes the factors such as the size of the complement,the rate of over-vacancy,the age structure and the geographical difference as the basic parameters.Through constructing a quantitative model of the complement decomposition,using Excel programming analysis solution,we calculate the enterprise annual reasonable complement number,form a widely used complement allocation model tool,and realize the optimization of over-shortage of staff in enterprises,and allocate human resources in a reasonable and balanced way.
