伴随金融改革的不断深化和利率市场化进程的不断推进,可持续发展逐渐被各家商业银行所重视,并将可持续发展理念贯彻到了银行改革、创新与发展的每一步中.盈利能力作为衡量商业银行综合实力的重要指标,其可持续性直接关系到商业银行未来的发展.选取了中国建设银行股份有限公司作为研究对象,从相关理论分析入手,对盈利能力及其可持续性的内涵进行了界定,基于建设银行盈利能力影响因素展开研究,对建设银行盈利能力可持续性问题进行深层次的分析和探讨,最后为建设银行未来的可持续发展提供相关建议.

Sustainable development has been valued in the reform,innovation and development of commercial banks in recent years.As an important indicator to measure the overall strength of commercial banks,the profitability sustainability is related to their future development.Choosing China Construction Bank Co.,Ltd.as the research object,this paper starts with the relevant theoretical analysis,defines the connotation of profitability and its sustainability.Then we present the influence factors of the profitability of China Construction Bank.Finally,we give some suggestions for its sustainable development.
