Under the background of revitalization of Northeast China in the new era,more attention has been paid to the talent training of higher vocational colleges in Liaoning province.As a prerequisite for development,teacher training plays an important role in the cultivation of all kinds of high-quality and skilled talent in society.The research on the change of normal specialty students in higher vocational education will help to formulate the talent training plan and adjust the direction of professional development of normal specialty.Under the decisive role of the market in the distribution of students'sources,it highlights the positive role of higher vocational colleges in the cultivation of high-quality professional skilled talent.
