Matching Analysis of Excitation System Limitation and Generator Protection

为验证励磁系统限制和发电机保护的配合合理性,加强发电机组的安全稳定运行,以实际机组为实例,对励磁调节器设置的磁场电流限制和发电机转子过负荷保护、定子电流限制和发电机定子过负荷保护、欠励限制和发电机失磁保护、伏赫兹限制和发电机及主变的过激磁保护进行了匹配性分析和计算,对于定值不匹配的励磁限制和发电机保护提出了合理的建议并给出了具体的整定方法,使得在发电机安全运行允许范围内,最大限度发挥发电机组过载能力的同时,确保励磁先动、保护后动,并且均在发电机允许极限能力范围内。

In order to verify the performance of the coordination between excitation system limitation and generator protection,and to ensure the safe and stable operation of generator set,the matching analysis and calculation of field current limitation and generator rotor overload protection,stator current limitation and generator stator overload protection,under excitation limitation and generator loss of field protection,V/Hz limitation and generator and main transformer over excitation protection are carried out.Through analysis and calculation,some reasonable suggestions and specific setting methods are proposed for the excitation limitation and generator protection with mismatched setting values,so that the overload capacity of generator set can be maximized within the allowable range of safe operation of generator.The excitation limitation action before protection are ensured.All electrical parameters during the whole process are controlled within the allowable limit capacity of generator.
