摘要
燃煤电厂锅炉尾部烟道加装低温省煤器可以有效地回收烟气余热,提高机组运行效率。以国外某新建660 MW机组为工程应用背景,提出了两种烟气余热利用方案,经济性分析结果表明:设置一级布置在除尘器前的低温省煤器方案优于设置二级布置在除尘器前和引风机后的低温省煤器方案。
Arrangement with low temperature economizer can effectively recovery waste heat from flue gas,improving the efficiency of power plant.Two systems for waste heat recovery from flue gas are proposed for a new 660 MW foreign power plant.Results show that using one low temperature economizer arranged in front of the precipitator is superior to using two low temperature economizers arranged in front of the precipitator and after induced draft fan respectively through the economical comparison.
