针对日照港集团岚山公司原有设备管理存在的主要问题,将自主维护向后延伸、自主维修向前延伸,实现双向覆盖深度融合,建立了港口大型设备“维护-点检-维修”一体化管理机制,形成以点检为原动力、自主维护和自主维修为双轮驱动、持续改善和创新(测量分析改进)为传动链、降本增效和设备完好为导向轮的设备管理新模型。

In response to the main problems in the management of the original equipment of the Rizhao Port Group Lanshan Company,the independent maintenance is extended backward and the independent repair is extended forward to realize the deep integration of two-way coverage.The integration of“maintenance-inspection-repair”for large-scale port equipment innovation management mechanism is established.The management mechanism forms a new equipment management model with spot inspection as the driving force,independent maintenance and independent repair as two-wheel drive,continuous improvement and innovation(measurement analysis improvement)as the transmission chain,cost reduction and efficiency enhancement and equipment integrity as the guiding wheel.
