Optimal Design of Port Railway Loading System

以某港区铁路装车系统中带式输送机系统的设计为例,提出了2种解决方案,绘制了工艺系统布置图和具体设备工艺布置图,并对具体设备进行了选型;从输送带规格型号、系统装机功率和钢材用量3个方面分析了2种方案的优缺点,介绍了带式输送机系统方案的优化设计方法。

Taking the design of a belt conveyor system in a port railway loading system as an example,two solutions are proposed,and the layout drawing of process system and specific equipment process are drawn.Besides,the specific equipment is selected.The advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes are analyzed in three aspects:belt specification and model,system installed power and steel consumption.And the optimal design method of the belt conveyor system scheme is introduced.
