丁苯酞软胶囊在脑小血管病认知功能障碍治疗中的作用

Effect of Butylphthalide Soft Capsules in Treatment of Cerebral Small Vessel Disease with Cognitive Dysfunction

目的:研究丁苯酞软胶囊在脑小血管病认知功能障碍治疗中的作用。方法:选取我院2018年6月—2019年4月收治的脑小血管病认知功能障碍患者76例,采用随机数表法分为2组,各38例。对照组行盐酸多奈哌齐治疗,观察组联合丁苯酚软胶囊治疗,对比两组认知功能、灌注成像参数、白介素-6(IL-6)、血同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平。结果:治疗后,观察组MMSE、MoCA评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组MTT、CBF以及CBV均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组IL-6、Hcy以及hs-CRP水平均比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丁苯酚可提高脑小血管病认知功能障碍患者局部脑灌注量,降低血清炎症因子和Hcy水平,改善患者认知功能。

Objective:To study the effect of butylphthalide soft capsules in treatment of cerebral small vessel disease with cognitive dysfunction.Methods:76 patients with cerebral small vessel disease with cognitive dysfunction who admitted in the hospital from June 2018 to April 2019 were divided into two groups by random number table,with 38 cases in each group.Control group was given donepezil hydrochloride,and observation group was treated with butylphthalide soft capsules.The cognitive function,perfusion imaging parameters,interleukin-6(IL-6),homocysteine(Hcy)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)were compared between two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of MMSE and MoCA in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05);The MTT,CBF and CBV in observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.05);The levels of IL-6,Hcy and hs-CRP in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Butylphthalide soft capsules in treatment of cerebral small vessel disease patients with cognitive dysfunction can increase regional cerebral perfusion,decrease the levels of inflammatory factors and Hcy,and improve cognitive function.
