妊娠期饮食指导与体质量管理对母婴结局的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察分析妊娠期饮食指导与体质量管理对母婴结局的影响。方法:选择我院2018年1月—2018年6月收治的确诊为宫内早孕的孕妇168例作为研究对象,根据孕妇的意愿将其分为两组:研究组和对照组,每组各有84例孕妇。对照组孕妇不接受妊娠期饮食指及体质量管理干预,研究组孕妇接受妊娠期饮食指导与体质量管理干预措施。比较两组孕妇孕期的体质量、妊娠及产后并发症、分娩方式。结果:研究组孕妇在孕早期、孕中期及孕晚期的体质量均明显低于对照组同期,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。研究组孕妇妊娠高血压、妊娠糖尿病及胎儿生长发育受限等发生率均明显低于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。研究组自然分娩率显著高于对照组,人工助产率及剖宫产率均明显低于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠期饮食指导与体质量管理可以有效控制孕妇的体质量,减少妊娠及产后并发症,改善母婴妊娠结局,具有大力推广的临床价值。 Objective:To observe and analyze the effects of dietary guidance and body mass management during pregnancy on maternal and infant outcomes.Methods:168 cases of pregnant women diagnosed as intrauterine early pregnancy in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2018 were selected as the study subjects.According to the wishes of pregnant women,they were divided into two groups:the study group and the control group,84 pregnant women in each group.The control group did not receive gestational diet and body mass management intervention,while the study group received gestational diet guidance and body mass management intervention.The pregnant women’s body mass,pregnancy and postpartum complications,delivery mode were compared between the two groups.Results:The body mass of the pregnant women in the early,middle and late pregnancy in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of gestational hypertension,gestational diabetes mellitus and fetal growth restriction in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the artificial assisted delivery rate and cesarean section rate were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dietary guidance and body mass management during pregnancy can effectively control the body mass of pregnant women,reduce pregnancy and postpartum complications,and improve maternal and infant pregnancy outcomes.It has clinical value of vigorous promotion.
