血管内皮损伤标记物对2型糖尿病视网膜病变的临床意义

摘要 目的:探讨血管内皮损伤标记物对2型糖尿病视网膜病变的临床意义。方法:选取对象为我院120例2型糖尿病患者,选自2018年10月到2019年10月期间,根据眼科FFA检查结果,将患者分为单纯2型糖尿病组及糖尿病视网膜病变组,另选取我院同期健康体检者为正常对照组,三组患者采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法即ELISA法测定血浆TM及vWF水平,将血管内皮损伤标记物与2型糖尿病视网膜病变之间的关系进行分析。结果:糖尿病视网膜病变组的血浆TM、vWF值显著高于单纯2型糖尿病组与对照组(P<0.05)。结论:血浆TM与vWF值是血管内皮细胞损伤或功能紊乱的标志,糖尿病视网膜病变组的血浆TM及vWF显著增高,检测患者的血管内皮损伤标记物能清晰反映2型糖尿病视网膜疾病的发病机制,为糖尿病视网膜病变的早期识别提供重要的临床参考价值。 Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of vascular endothelial injury markers in type 2 diabetic retinopathy.Methods:120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in our hospital were selected from October 2018 to October 2019.According to the results of ophthalmic FFA examination,the patients were divided into type 2 diabetes mellitus group and diabetic retinopathy group.The healthy subjects in our hospital at the same time were selected as the normal control group.The plasma TM and vWF levels were measured by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The relationship between Vascular Endothelial injury markers and Type 2 Diabetic Retinopathy Analysis.Results:The plasma TM,vWF level in diabetic retinopathy group was significantly higher than that in type 2 diabetes mellitus group and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Plasma TM and vWF are markers of vascular endothelial cell injury or dysfunction.Plasma TM and vWF are significantly increased in diabetic retinopathy group.Detection of vascular endothelial injury markers can clearly reflect the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetic retinal disease and provide important clinical reference value for early identification of diabetic retinal disease.
