静止型及轻型地中海贫血儿童体内含铁量相关研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探究静止型及轻型地中海贫血儿童体内含铁量的变化情况。方法:选取2018年1月—2019年6月通过基因检测纳入的264例轻型及静止型地贫患儿,按照年龄分组:婴儿期(28天~1岁)共60例;幼儿期(1~3岁)共63例;学龄前期(3~6岁)共64例;学龄期(7岁~12岁)、青春期(12~14岁)共77例。随后进行血常规及血清铁蛋白、血清铁检验。结果:通过研究发现,各年龄段在血常规各指标方面的差异均不明显,P>0.05,差异不具有统计学意义。统计结果显示,轻型及静止型地中海贫血患儿血清铁及血清铁蛋白含量与正常同龄儿童无明显差异,P>0.05,差异不具有统计学意义。另外,通过分析年龄与各指标之间的相关性可以发现,年龄与红细胞、血红蛋白、MCV、MCH、HCT以及血清铁蛋白之间相关性较弱。结论:从研究结果中可以发现,与正常同龄儿童相比,静止型及轻型地贫儿童各年龄段的血常规指标以及血清铁蛋白、血清铁指标水平并未产生明显变化,且静止型及轻型地贫儿童各年龄段也不存在明显铁负荷增多或超载问题。所以当轻型及静止型地中海贫血患儿体检时发现缺铁性贫血,仍需要适当补铁。 Objective:Explore the change conditions in iron content in children with static and mild thalassemia.Method:From January 2018 to June 2019,264 children with mild and static thalassemia were selected.According to age group:60 cases in infancy(28 days to 1 year old);63 cases in infancy(1-3 years old);64 cases in preschool(3-6 years old);77 cases in school age(7-12 years old)and adolescence(12-14 years old).Then blood routine test,serum ferritin and serum iron test were carried out.Result:It was found that there was no significant difference in Blood Routine Indexes among different age groups(P>0.05).The statistical results showed that there was no significant difference in serum iron and serum ferritin content between mild and static thalassemia children and normal children of the same age(P>0.05).In addition,by analyzing the correlation between age and each index,we can find that the correlation between age and RBC,hemoglobin,MCV,MCH,HCT and serum ferritin is weak.Conclusion:From the research results,we can find that compared with normal children of the same age,the blood routine indicators,serum ferritin,and serum iron indicators of children of static and mild thalassemia at all ages have not changed significantly,and the static and mild thalassemia Children of all ages also have no obvious problems of increased iron load or overload.Therefore,when children with mild and static thalassemia are found on physical examination and iron deficiency anemia is found,appropriate iron supplementation is still required.
