摘要
利用分离式霍普金森压杆技术,研究了高温及高应变率对网篮组织TC21钛合金动态压缩性能和绝热剪切敏感性的影响。结果表明:在相同温度(25~350℃)下,材料具有一定的应变率增强、增塑效应,但450℃表现出应变率软化现象;在相同应变率下,动态抗压强度随着环境温度升高而降低;当应变率为2000 s^-1、3000 s^-1时,试样均发生剪切失效,且随环境温度升高,试样的绝热剪切敏感性提高,剪切带宽度增加。
Effects of high temperature and high strain rate on dynamic compression performance and adiabatic shear sensitivity of TC21 titanium alloy with basket-weave microstructure were studied using the split Hopkinson pressure bar(SHPB).Results showed that under the same temperature(25-350℃),the material has a certain strain rate strengthening and plasticizing effect;under 450℃,it has strain rate softening phenomenon;under the same strain rate,its dynamic compressive strength decreases with increase in temperature;when the strain rate is 2000 s^-1 and 3000 s^-1,all specimens have shear failure;with increase in temperature,specimens’adiabatic sensitivity grows and their shear band width increases.
