摘要
为了改善石墨电极的使用性能,基于石墨电极溶液浸渍改性技术,结合攀枝花钒厂常规的炉料结构和工艺装备,在钒铁冶炼炉上开展了浸渍石墨电极工业应用。结果表明,浸渍石墨电极具有良好的抗高温氧化性能,降低电极消耗23.8%,同时降低单炉FeV80中C含量至0.1个百分点。
In order to improve the performance of graphite electrode,based on the solution impregnation technology of graphite electrode,combined with the conventional charge structure and process equipment of Panzhihua Vanadium Products Factory,the industrial application of impregnated graphite electrode was carried out on ferrovanadium smelting furnace.The results show that the impregnated graphite electrode has good resistance to high temperature oxidation,which can reduce the electrode consumption by 23.8%and the C content in single furnace FeV80 to 0.1%.
