摘要
针对钒氮合金生产过程钾、钠对耐火材料的腐蚀现状,研究了钒原料(V2O3)中钾钠存在形式、钾钠对A型耐火材料和B型耐火材料腐蚀情况等。结果表明:钒原料(V2O3)中钾、钠主要以硫酸钠、硫酸钾、偏钒酸钠、偏钒酸钾的形式存在,抗钾、钠腐蚀效果最佳的是A型耐火材料。
Aimed at the corrosion of potassium and sodium to refractories in the production of vanadium-nitrogen alloy,the existing forms of potassium and sodium in vanadium raw material(V2O3)and the corrosion of potassium and sodium to type A Refractory and type B Refractory are studied.The results show that potassium and sodium in vanadium raw material(V2O3)mainly exist in the form of sodium sulfate,potassium sulfate,sodium metavanadate and potassium metavanadate,and type A Refractory has the best corrosion resistance to potassium and sodium.
