Forests produce a large number of litters every year, and the decomposition of these litters is of great significance for maintaining the carbon cycle of terrestrial ecosystems. However, previous research has mostly focused on natural aging and shedding of litter. At present,in the context of global change, the increasing frequency of extreme weather events is bound to cause more and more green leaves to fall.In this study, the decomposition rates of green leaves and normal litters were compared to provide basic data for the establishment of global change prediction models.
