摘要
本文在AZ31B镁合金表面采用硝酸钇为主要成膜主剂进行化学转化成膜,用于增强表面耐蚀性。外观检测和电化学测试结果显示,AZ31B镁合金表面形成的钇盐转化膜呈暗褐色,钇盐的最佳添加浓度为4 g/L,此时自腐蚀电位明显正移,自腐蚀电流密度相对最小,耐蚀性最佳。
In this paper,yttrium nitrate was used as the main film-forming agent on the surface of AZ31B magnesium alloy.The results of appearance test and electrochemical test show that the yttrium salt conversion film formed on the surface of AZ31B magnesium alloy is dark brown,and the optimal concentration of yttrium salt is 4G/L.at this time,the self-corrosion potential is positive shifted,the self-corrosion current density is relatively minimum,and the corrosion resistance is the best.
